We’re not your average gym. Our classes are challenging and fun!
No experience is necessary and our instructors will always be there to guide you through the workouts in class. We’ll provide you gloves for your first class, so just bring yourself and a bottle of water!

We'll start you off with 20 minutes of interval training to get your heart rate up. From there, we'll work 4 rounds on our Aqua Bags (boxing) and then 4 rounds of our Kickboxing Bags.
Not a fan of interval training? This class is for you! We'll start off with 5 minutes of a warm-up. Then, we'll work 4 rounds on our Aqua Bags (boxing) and then 4 rounds of our Kickboxing Bags.
This class is focused on boxing/kickboxing as well as strength training. We have 10 stations. 5 in Boxing/Kickboxing, and then 5 in strengthening. You'll rotate stations every 3 minutes and will have a full-body workout! Great for strengthening and building muscles with an amazing cardio workout.
Restorative Yoga is a class that will focus on stretching out the muscles that are heavily used during our Kickboxing Classes so that you can continue working out effectively and safely. Focuses on long, passive holds throughout the class.
